Record Review Live Scan Fingerprint service can be used by an individual to review any past criminal history information. This can be used to challenge information that is inaccurate. It can also show a clear criminal record history.
Visa/Immigration Live Scan is a record clearance by the Department of Justice (DOJ). With this electronic live scan fingerprinting, you will need to get an "Apostille" which is normally required by foreign governments.
Make Your Appointment. Come in for your live scan fingerprinting, and a copy will be sent to you by the DOJ.

BACKGROUND CHECK STATUS: The Applicant Background Check Status provides the applicant with a view of the fingerprint background check status; this status is not an indication of the employment or licensing status. The review of an applicant’s criminal history is only one piece of an agency’s process in making a suitable determination.
An applicant may otherwise request a status of their fingerprint background check only with the agency that requested their background check. For general questions regarding the fingerprint background check process and other criminal history related matters, applicants may contact the DOJ by email at: applicantinfoservices@doj.ca.gov.
