loan signing agent

Welcome To TCA Loan Signing

Notary Signing Agents (NSAs) facilitate loan closings for the mortgage finance industry. In order to become a Loan Signing Agent, we must be commissioned as a Notary Public. I am commissioned by the State of California to conduct these signings.

Being a Loan Signing Agent is very important because we are the final part of the process of purchasing a home. For the next 30 years, you will make payments on your real property. You can not afford to have any mistakes that can affect you negatively for the rest of the loan. So it is critical that your Loan Signing Agent be professional and through, paying attention to detail. There is no other way!

Mission statement – My mission is to ensure customer satisfaction on all loan signing transactions. I want my customers to feel at ease when signing for their first dream home or their first income property. It is so exciting becoming a property owner and I want to be a positive part of the process.

Company policies – Honesty and integrity are personality traits that have imbedded in me from birth. You can be assured that all transactions will be completed according to rules and regulations set forth in the loan documents as well as my oath to be truthful in all transactions and to follow every word in the Notary Code of Conduct. It is very important to me to be trusted and to provide 110% of me for the company and customers. All Picture IDs must be current.
